Welcome to PostParty and thank you for joining our Special Sale!
By submitting your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and PostParty (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Nature of Purchase

The Founding Member purchase is a Special Sale deposit that grants you:

One month of PostParty Concierge Care, starting on the date of your baby’s arrival.

A PostParty Care Package, which includes selected PostParty products and partner goodies.

Locked-in founding-member pricing and benefits.
-

This payment does not represent a full membership subscription. Additional subscription payments will begin only after your one month subscription lapses, when your baby turns one month old, and you will have to opt-in to continue to monthly subscription at the same rate.
2. Payment and Special-Sale Details

By submitting your payment, you agree that you are paying for one month of the PostParty subscription, beginning on your baby’s birthdate.
The payment is non-refundable, except in some cases. (see Section 4).

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., PayPal). PostParty does not store or have access to your full payment information.
3. Shipping & Delivery

Your PostParty Care Kit will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate, as PostParty is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. -
Delivery timelines vary by region but typically take 7–14 business days within the continental U.S.
4. Refunds, Returns & Damaged Products

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of this Special-Sale, all purchases are final.

Refunds are only available in the following cases:

You were charged incorrectly due to a system or payment error.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us at welcome@yourpostparty.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
You must include photo evidence/screenshots. -
Each PostParty Care Kit is carefully packaged and shipped with protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, PostParty cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused during transit.

In case of a delivery issue, we will gladly provide assistance and carrier information.
5. Launch & Future Membership

Early Access members will be notified by email once the PostParty digital platform officially launches. Until that time, PostParty members will receive text- and phone-based concierge assistance.

Founding members will have the opportunity to activate their ongoing membership at their locked-in rate, subject to final service terms at launch.

PostParty reserves the right to modify or update pricing and services for future members.
6. Product Use & Disclaimer

PostParty collaborates with qualified healthcare consultants and wellness professionals to ensure all information, resources, and recommendations are designed with safety and care in mind.

However, our products, kits, and materials are not medical treatments and should never replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or care.

Always consult your physician or licensed healthcare provider before starting any postpartum wellness or recovery routine.

While we take great care in curating high-quality products and collaborating with trusted partners, PostParty is not liable for any adverse reactions, sensitivities, or outcomes resulting from the use of products, supplements, or materials included in your Care Kit or recommended through our services.

Each participant assumes full responsibility for their personal health decisions and product use.
7. Intellectual Property & Community Sharing

All content on our website, kits, materials, and communications — including but not limited to text, designs, photos, product names, and packaging — are the intellectual property of PostParty and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any PostParty materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

However, we encourage you to share your PostParty experience on social media!
You are welcome to post photos, unboxings, or stories featuring your PostParty Care Kit and wellness journey, just please tag us and use our official hashtags so we can celebrate with you. -
By sharing such content, you grant PostParty permission to repost or feature your content (always with credit) on our platforms and marketing materials.
8. Privacy & Data Use

We collect and store customer data only for the purposes of order fulfillment, communication, and future service updates.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as necessary for order processing and shipping.
9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PostParty, its founders, team members, consultants, and partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Special Sale, product use, delayed shipments, or the future launch of our services.

This includes, but is not limited to: loss of data, emotional distress, missed expectations, or perceived lack of results from using our products or following our recommendations.

All PostParty resources and guidance are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any guarantees, warranties, or implied outcomes — including results related to wellness, recovery, or emotional wellbeing.

PostParty is not responsible for:

Shipping carrier delays, losses, or damages once the package leaves our facility.
-
Third-party partner products or materials included in your Care Package Kit.
-
Misuse, misunderstanding, or incorrect application of the information provided.
-

In any event, the total liability of PostParty — if legally established — shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the purchase.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in this early access program, get contacted by email and assume full responsibility for your experience, health decisions, and personal outcomes.
