Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the PostParty. By purchasing our Package(s), you (“Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and PostParty (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By completing checkout you electronically accept these Terms.

0. Definitions

  • For this Agreement:

  • “Mama / Mother” refers to the person receiving care under a package.

  • “Gift Purchaser” refers to a third‐party buying a package as a gift.

  • “Package(s)” means The Core Four service including any selected Add‑Ons.

  • “Services” means all appointments, consultations, coordination, resources and add-ons included in the Package.

  • “Add‑On” refers to optional services (e.g., massage, meal delivery, welcome box) selected at checkout.

  • “Concierge” means our scheduling and coordination team.

  • “Care Kit” means any physical items shipped to the Customer or recipient as part of the Tiers.

1. Nature of Purchase

Packages may be purchased:

  • By the Mother herself for her own care.

  • By a Gift Purchaser for the Mother as a gift. In the latter case, the Mother (recipient) activates the Package through our Concierge using instructions provided.
    By submitting payment, you confirm you are purchasing a Package. This purchase:

  • Grants access only to the Services and Add‑Ons explicitly included in the Package.

  • Does not create a recurring subscription unless explicitly selected.

  • Is subject to provider availability, scheduling, and your timely action to activate.

  • Mother herself or Gift Purchaser must be 18+ to purchase.

  • Packages must be activated within 12 months of acquisition.

2. Payment and Pricing

  • Payments are processed securely via third‐party providers (e.g., PayPal). We do not store full payment details.

  • Payment confirms authorization and agreement to pay the full amount for the Package and any selected Add‑Ons.

  • All purchases are non‑refundable, except under the limited circumstances in Section 5.

  • We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors even if you have already submitted payment, in which case we will notify you and offer options.

3. Activation, Scheduling & Cancellation

  • Gift Packages must be activated by the Mother (recipient) using the gift card instructions.

  • The Concierge will coordinate and schedule all included Services and Add‑Ons. You must provide accurate information. Delays or failures resulting from incorrect data are at your risk.

  • You may cancel or reschedule a Service only if you notify us at least [48 hours] in advance. Failure to attend without notice may result in service forfeiture.

  • Providers may change due to availability; we will make reasonable efforts to supply equivalent service.

  • If the Mother becomes medically ineligible or advises contra‑indication, she must notify us; we may suspend or adjust services accordingly.

4. Shipping & Delivery (Physical Items)

  • If your Package(s) includes a Care Kit or other physical items, it will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout. Unless another address is provided during initial contact.

  • You are responsible for accurate shipping information. We are not liable for incorrect delivery due to customer error.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days within the continental U.S. We are not liable for delays due to carrier, customs, weather or other events beyond our control.

5. Refunds

  • Packages and Services, purchases are generally final. Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to system or payment error.
    To request, email:  welcome@yourpostparty.com within 7 calendar days.

  • We are not liable for packages lost, stolen or damaged once handed to the carrier.
    Each PostParty Care Kit is carefully packaged and shipped with protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, PostParty cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused during transit. In case of a delivery issue, we will gladly provide assistance and carrier information.

6. Product Use & Disclaimer

  • PostParty collaborates with qualified healthcare consultants and wellness professionals to ensure all information, resources, and recommendations are designed with safety and care in mind.

  • However, our products, kits, and materials are not medical treatments and should never replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or care.

  • Always consult your physician or licensed healthcare provider before starting any postpartum wellness or recovery routine.

  • While we take great care in curating high-quality products and collaborating with trusted partners, PostParty is not liable for any adverse reactions, sensitivities, or outcomes resulting from the use of products, supplements, or materials included in your Care Kit or recommended through our services.

  • Each participant assumes full responsibility for their personal health decisions and product use.

7. Privacy & Data Use

  • We collect and store customer data only for the purposes of order fulfillment, communication, and future service updates.

  • Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as necessary for order processing and shipping.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PostParty, its founders, team members, consultants, and partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the sale, product use, delayed shipments, or the future launch of our services.

  • This includes, but is not limited to: loss of data, emotional distress, missed expectations, or perceived lack of results from using our products or following our recommendations.

  • All PostParty resources and guidance are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any guarantees, warranties, or implied outcomes — including results related to wellness, recovery, or emotional wellbeing.

  • PostParty is not responsible for:

    • Shipping carrier delays, losses, or damages once the package leaves our facility.

    • Third-party partner products or materials included in your Care Package Kit.

    • Misuse, misunderstanding, or incorrect application of the information provided.

  • In any event, the total liability of PostParty — if legally established — shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the purchase.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in this sale program, get contacted by email and assume full responsibility for your experience, health decisions, and personal outcomes.

9. Changes to Terms
PostParty reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
The “Last Updated” date will always reflect the most recent revision.
Continued participation in PostParty programs after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
