Meet Liberté Chan
Liberté Chan — aka Mila’s mom — is the heart behind Mindful Minis, bringing together a lifelong passion for movement, mindfulness, and wellness. With a master’s degree from the USC School of Public Health, Liberté went on to become a certified yoga teacher and certified functional medicine health coach.
Today, she brings together her personal experiences, professional background, and passion for mindful living through Mindful Minis — creating tools and practices that help children and families feel more calm, connected, and emotionally supported.
How She Supports PostParty Moms
Mindful Minis supports young children — and their moms — in exploring mindfulness through simple, playful practices that nurture emotional awareness, movement, and connection. The goal is to make wellness feel accessible, joyful, and supportive for both kids and moms alike.
What You’ll Find Inside the Platform
Inside PostParty, Liberté shares Mini & Me flows that introduce foundational and intermediate yoga poses, along with simple breathing practices designed to help little ones release big feelings and extra energy while learning to self-regulate.
The family-friendly content is created to nurture self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience from an early age.
Liberté’s Mom Mantra
"Small moments of connection and presence, taught early, can build a lifetime of emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being."
