Meet Jessica

Founder of Ma Yoga for Pregnancy, Postpartum and Beyond. Jessica developed Ma Yoga in 2009, a unique yoga method designed for women’s changing bodies. It combines strength, alignment, breathwork, and restorative poses to support healing for moms and moms-to-be. She loves providing moms with simple, empowering practices that don’t require leaving home.
