Meet Brooke

Brooke Miller makes up half of PostParty's Nutrition team and is also a Certified Lactation Counselor, specializing in postpartum and breastfeeding nutrition. As a registered dietician and  mom herself, she knows firsthand how easy it is to pour everything into your baby while your own body ends up depleted. Her approach blends clinical expertise with real-life practicality, helping moms replenish, recover, and feel like themselves again through nourishing meals, whole foods, and targeted supplementation.

Brooke supports moms inside with evidence-based nutrition education, meal guidance and supplement recommendations. She helps moms fuel their recovery, stabilize their mood, boost their energy, and support milk supply if breastfeeding. Her focus is always on making nourishment feel doable, not like one more thing on the list.
