Kimberly Meehan is a psychiatric-mental-health nurse practitioner with a private practice in NYC focused on supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the shifting emotional landscape of motherhood. In her work, she blends evidence-based care with lived experience to create a grounded, compassionate space where women feel seen, understood, and supported. This Is Motherhood is the integration of her lived experience as a mom as well as her clinical work — a space built to tell the truth about what becoming a mom actually feels like, to name the parts no one prepares you for, and to make sure parents never feel alone in what they’re carrying.
