Mother Poppins is a Miami-based concierge postpartum and lactation practice providing comprehensive, insurance-eligible lactation care alongside functional medicine–informed nutrition and wellness support. Founded by an IBCLC and functional, integrative women’s health provider, the practice addresses the root causes of feeding challenges supporting milk supply, infant feeding, maternal recovery, hormones, sleep, and nervous system regulation through evidence-based and holistic care. Mother Poppins supports families across the full postpartum journey, from newborn feeding and tongue-tie–informed care to postpartum nutrition, supplementation guidance, and emotional well-being. Care is personalized, culturally grounded, and designed to meet all lactation and postpartum needs in-home, virtual, or office-based so families feel supported, informed, and truly held during the fourth trimester.
