Specializing in Perinatal Mental Health, offering expert support for parents (and their partners) from before conception through all stages of parenthood. Providing preventative care for the whole family by prioritizing parental well-being.

Psychotherapy Sessions - individual, Couple & Family.

Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorder (PMAD) - identification & stabilization sessions (could include medication management with an OB, PCP, or other)

Parent Coaching - empowering caregivers to learn the necessary skills to nurture their little one's growth & development.

Infertility Counseling - sessions focused on providing supportive space to process the emotional toll of cycles, treatments, and loss, helping you manage stress and maintain hope.

Trauma Work - psychotherapy style sessions revolving around trauma from before, during, and after a baby's birth including psychoeducation + treatment with a season of parenthood in mind. (PTSD or C-PTSD, complex post traumatic stress)
