Welcome to the PostParty Care Package (“Care Package”). By purchasing this product, you (“Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and PostParty (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By completing checkout, you electronically accept these Terms.

0. Definitions

For this Agreement:

  • “Care Package” refers to the PostParty curated box containing physical wellness, comfort, and self-care items sold for $99 USD.

  • ​“Gift Purchaser” refers to a third party buying the Care Package as a gift for someone else.

  • “Recipient” refers to the person receiving the Care Package.

  • “Products/Items” refer to all physical goods included inside the Care Package.

1. Nature of Purchase

The PostParty Care Package is a one-time purchase that includes a curated selection of physical products designed to support postpartum wellness and comfort.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing a single physical Care Package for $99 USD.

  • This purchase does not include concierge services, consultations, scheduling, or add-ons of any kind.

  • This purchase is not a subscription and does not create any future billing commitments.

  • Contents of the Care Package may vary slightly based on item availability or supplier changes; all substitutions will be of equal or higher value.

The Care Package may be purchased:

  • By the mother herself.

  • By a Gift Purchaser for a Recipient.

2. Payment and Pricing

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment details.

  • By completing payment, you authorize the full charge of $99 USD per Care Package plus applicable taxes or shipping fees.

  • We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors. If such an error affects your order, we will notify you and offer options before proceeding.

  • All purchases are final except under the limited circumstances described in Section 5.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Once your order is placed, our team processes and prepares your Care Package for shipping.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Ensure safe receipt of the package at the address provided.
    We ship to the address you supply; changes may not be possible once processing has begun.
    Estimated delivery (U.S.): 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal volume, weather events, or factors outside our control.

4. Delivery Issues & Responsibilities

Each PostParty Care Package is packaged with protective materials to ensure safe transit.

However:

  • Once the Care Package is handed to the shipping carrier, PostParty is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

  • In case of a delivery issue, we will gladly assist with tracking information and contacting the carrier, but resolution is at the carrier’s discretion.
    It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide correct shipping details. Incorrect addresses may result in loss with no eligibility for replacement.

5. Refunds

Due to the limited-edition nature of the Care Package, all sales are final.

Refunds or partial refunds may only be considered if:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a system or payment processing error.
    To request review, email welcome@yourpostparty.com within 7 calendar days of purchase. Product damage during transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We will assist you in filing a claim if needed.

6. Product Use & Disclaimer

  • PostParty collaborates with qualified healthcare consultants and wellness professionals to ensure all information, resources, and recommendations are designed with safety and care in mind.

  • However, our products, kits, and materials are not medical treatments and should never replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or care.

  • Always consult your physician or licensed healthcare provider before starting any postpartum wellness or recovery routine.

  • While we take great care in curating high-quality products and collaborating with trusted partners, PostParty is not liable for any adverse reactions, sensitivities, or outcomes resulting from the use of products, supplements, or materials included in your Care Kit or recommended through our services.

  • Each participant assumes full responsibility for their personal health decisions and product use.

7. Privacy & Data Use

  • We collect and store customer data only for the purposes of order fulfillment, communication, and future service updates.

  • Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as necessary for order processing and shipping.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PostParty, its founders, team members, consultants, and partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the sale, product use, delayed shipments, or the future launch of our services.

  • This includes, but is not limited to: loss of data, emotional distress, missed expectations, or perceived lack of results from using our products or following our recommendations.

  • All PostParty resources and guidance are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any guarantees, warranties, or implied outcomes — including results related to wellness, recovery, or emotional wellbeing.

  • PostParty is not responsible for:

    • Shipping carrier delays, losses, or damages once the package leaves our facility.

    • Third-party partner products or materials included in your Care Package Kit.

    • Misuse, misunderstanding, or incorrect application of the information provided.

  • In any event, the total liability of PostParty — if legally established — shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the purchase.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in this sale program, get contacted by email and assume full responsibility for your experience, health decisions, and personal outcomes.

9. Changes to Terms
PostParty reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
The “Last Updated” date will always reflect the most recent revision.
Continued participation in PostParty programs after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
