PostParty | Your Postpartum Managed

PostParty App Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 9, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before creating an account or using the PostParty mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By affirmatively accepting these Terms or accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1.  Nature of the Platform; Educational Content; Expert Services

PostParty is a digital platform focused on postpartum and motherhood support, education, wellness resources, community, and connection with independent professionals.

PostParty itself is not a hospital, clinic, emergency service, or healthcare provider and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. General content provided by PostParty, including educational resources, programs, community content, and information provided through Bloomie, is for informational and educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Certain services available through the Platform may be provided directly by independent licensed, certified, or credentialed professionals ("Experts"). Advice or services provided by an Expert during a consultation or professional engagement are provided by that Expert in the Expert’s professional capacity and are separate from PostParty’s general educational content.

2. Bloomie and AI-Powered Features

PostParty may provide AI-powered features, including Bloomie, to help Users access educational information and navigate postpartum resources. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for an individual User’s circumstances and should not be relied upon as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance. Bloomie does not replace a physician, mental health professional, lactation consultant, dietitian, physical therapist, or other qualified professional.

3. Emergencies

PostParty is not an emergency service. If you believe you or another person may be experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of suicide or self-harm in the United States, call or text 988.

4. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create a PostParty account or use features that require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and promptly update material changes. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account except to the extent prohibited by law.

5. Memberships, Payments, and Bookings

PostParty may offer free and paid membership options. Features available within each membership tier, applicable subscription fees, and billing frequency will be displayed at the time of enrollment or purchase. Paid subscriptions may automatically renew at the applicable billing interval unless canceled before the next renewal date, as disclosed at purchase. Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through the method provided within the App or applicable app marketplace.

Expert appointments or other services booked through the Platform may carry separate charges. Applicable prices, payment terms, cancellation rules, refund terms, and no-show policies will be disclosed in connection with the applicable transaction or booking. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, and you authorize the applicable provider to charge your selected payment method for authorized amounts, including applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property and User Content

PostParty and its licensors retain all rights in the Platform and its content, including software, design, branding, text, graphics, videos, programs, and educational materials, except for content owned by Users, Experts, or other third parties.

Users retain ownership of content they submit. By posting content to shared or community areas of the Platform, you grant PostParty a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide those shared features. This community-content license does not apply to private journal entries or private Bloomie conversations.

Journal entries remain private and are not accessed, reviewed, analyzed, or used by PostParty for advertising, marketing, analytics, personalization, or other commercial purposes.

7. Community Conduct

PostParty is intended to provide a safe and supportive environment. You may not use the Platform to harass, threaten, bully, discriminate against, defraud, impersonate, or deliberately harm others; publish unlawful or sexually explicit content; share another person’s private information without authorization; distribute spam or unauthorized solicitations; infringe intellectual property rights; interfere with Platform security; or knowingly share false or dangerous health information that could create a risk of harm.

PostParty may moderate or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, applicable law, safety standards, or Platform policies.

8. Independent Experts

Experts available through PostParty provide services as independent professionals and are not employees, agents, partners, or healthcare providers of PostParty. Experts retain independent professional judgment and are responsible for the professional services and advice they provide, including maintaining applicable licenses, certifications, registrations, insurance, consents, records, and other legal or professional requirements.

Availability of certain Experts or professional services may depend on the User’s location and applicable licensing or professional requirements. A User may not be eligible to receive certain services from an Expert who is not authorized to provide those services in the User’s location.

PostParty may review certain Expert credentials or qualifications, but approval for participation on the Platform does not constitute a guarantee of an Expert’s services, outcomes, conduct, or continued professional standing.

9. No Guarantee of Outcomes; Platform Availability

PostParty does not guarantee any particular health, recovery, feeding, fitness, mental wellness, or other outcome from use of the Platform, its content, Bloomie, programs, or Experts. PostParty may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time and does not guarantee that every feature, Expert, program, or service will be available at all times or in every geographic location.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostParty and its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform. Any limitation or cap on liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Binding Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Except where prohibited by applicable law or otherwise provided in these Terms, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or the Services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court. By agreeing to these Terms, you and PostParty agree to resolve covered disputes on an individual basis through arbitration and waive the right to a trial by jury, subject to rights and exceptions that cannot legally be waived.

12. Account Deletion and Termination

Users may request deletion of their PostParty account through methods provided in the App or by contacting PostParty. Following a valid request, PostParty will delete or de-identify personal information as required by applicable law, subject to information that may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes. PostParty may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, safety risks, fraud, or unlawful conduct.

13. Changes to These Terms

PostParty may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law, and PostParty may require renewed acceptance where appropriate. The effective date will identify the version then in effect.
