PostParty | Your Postpartum Managed
Expert App Terms of Service - Sign In
Effective Date: October 9, 2026
These Expert Terms of Service ("Expert Terms") govern initial account creation and access to the PostParty Platform by independent professionals ("Experts"). By affirmatively accepting these Expert Terms or accessing the Expert Platform, you agree to be bound by them.
1. Independent Relationship
PostParty operates as a technology platform and marketplace connecting Users with independent Experts. Experts are independent professionals and are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or healthcare providers of PostParty. Nothing in these Expert Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship.
2. Account Registration and Security
Experts must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, maintain the security of login credentials, and promptly update material changes. Experts are responsible for activity occurring through their accounts except to the extent prohibited by law.
3. Authentic Profile Imagery
Profile photographs must accurately represent the Expert. Photographs may not materially misrepresent the Expert’s identity or appearance, impersonate another individual, or use an AI-generated, fictional, stock, or third-party person in place of the Expert. Ordinary cropping, lighting, or similar non-misleading edits are permitted.
4. Platform Conduct and Access
Expert access is conditioned on compliance with these Expert Terms, applicable law, professional obligations, and PostParty operational and safety standards. PostParty may suspend or terminate an Expert account for material violations, fraud, safety or legal risks, credentialing issues, or repeated misuse of the Platform.
5. Scope of Expert Account
An Expert account provides access to tools intended for Expert onboarding, profile management, availability, bookings, communications, and professional-service administration. Expert access does not automatically include consumer-only community or personal wellness features unless PostParty expressly provides such access.
6. Governing Law and Binding Arbitration
These Expert Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. The binding arbitration provisions applicable to Experts are set forth in the Expert App Terms of Service - Credentials and are incorporated into these Expert Terms by reference. To the extent of any conflict regarding dispute resolution, the Expert App Terms of Service - Credentials control.
7. Changes to Expert Terms
PostParty may update these Expert Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law, and PostParty may require renewed acceptance where appropriate.
Expert App Terms of Service - Credentials
Effective Date: October 9, 2026
Please read these Terms carefully before submitting professional credentials, creating an Expert listing, accepting bookings, or providing services through the PostParty mobile application and related services (the “Platform”). These Terms supplement the Expert Sign-In Terms. By submitting credentials or using Expert features of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Independent Professional Status
By submitting professional credentials, NPI information where applicable, licensing data, or other verification materials, you acknowledge that you provide your professional services as an independent professional and not as an employee, agent, partner, or healthcare provider of PostParty. PostParty does not direct or control your professional judgment, diagnoses, treatments, recommendations, or professional methods. You remain solely responsible for practicing within your lawful scope and for the services and professional advice you provide.
2. Professional Responsibility, Liability, and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your professional services, professional negligence or malpractice, violation of law or professional standards, or breach of these Terms. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PostParty and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from third-party claims arising from your professional services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, except to the extent a claim results from PostParty’s own conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be disclaimed or shifted.
3. Shared Content and Supporting Documents
You are responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, legality, and professional use of educational materials, clinical documents, treatment plans, recommendations, supporting files, or other content that you provide or share in connection with your professional services. PostParty provides technology that may facilitate communications and file sharing but does not independently validate professional materials or assume responsibility for your professional judgment. You must not upload or share content that you do not have the legal right or appropriate authorization to use or disclose.
4. Credentials and Ongoing Professional Requirements
You must maintain all licenses, certifications, registrations, professional liability insurance, and other credentials required by applicable law or reasonably required by PostParty for the services you offer. You must provide accurate credentialing information and promptly notify PostParty of any expiration, suspension, revocation, restriction, investigation, disciplinary action, lapse in required insurance, or other material change affecting your ability to provide services through the Platform.
PostParty may verify or re-verify credentials and may suspend an Expert profile, listing, or booking capability while verification is pending or if required information cannot be confirmed. Approval for participation does not constitute a guarantee by PostParty regarding an Expert’s services, outcomes, conduct, or continued professional standing.
5. Mandatory Professional Liability Insurance
You represent and warrant that you maintain active and adequate professional liability or malpractice insurance appropriate to the services you provide through the Platform where such coverage is required by law, professional standards, or PostParty’s onboarding requirements. You are responsible for maintaining coverage and providing evidence of coverage upon reasonable request.
6. Expert Profiles, Services, Pricing, and Availability
You are responsible for keeping your profile information, credentials, service descriptions, pricing, locations, and availability accurate and current. You retain responsibility for establishing the prices for services you offer through PostParty, subject to any pricing requirements, discounts, or promotional arrangements separately agreed upon with PostParty.
7. Platform Fees, Payment Processing, and Payouts
There is no fee solely to create an approved Expert profile or be listed within the PostParty Expert network. PostParty may charge a platform or commission fee on appointments or services booked through the Platform. The applicable fee will be disclosed during onboarding or otherwise communicated before you begin accepting paid bookings. PostParty may update its fee structure from time to time upon reasonable notice.
PostParty may facilitate payments through one or more third-party payment processors. Applicable Platform fees, refunds, chargebacks, processing fees, or other authorized amounts may be deducted before funds are distributed to you. PostParty is not a bank or financial institution. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information and for taxes associated with income earned through your services, except where PostParty or a payment provider is legally required to collect, withhold, or remit amounts.
